The aim of the Higher school is to prepare experts in political analysis in the sphere of system analysis and prognosis.

It is a well-known fact that analytics is of primary importance in studying development and prospects of a state policy.

Political and economic analysis is an intellectual basis of the policy of any country as it provides alternative vision. In a nutshell, analytics is an indicator of upcoming changes and the Higher school is aimed to educate and train the personnel capable to accomplish difficult tasks faced by Uzbekistan.

The main objectives of the Higher school are:

– training, retraining and professional training of the specialists in the sphere of information and analytical activity;

– conducting the system research of the issues of ensuring the state security, as well as the processes and tendencies at the international and regional levels, that effect the vital interests of the country;

– training of highly-qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the sphere of information and analytical work.
