THE HIGHER SCHOOL OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS AND PROGNOSIS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

General information

The Higher School of Strategic Analysis and Prognosis (HSSAP) was established on October 16, 2000 on the basis of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is no exaggeration to say that the Higher school is a unique higher educational institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Qualified politologists in system analysis and prognosis field are educated at the Higher school. After receiving Master’s degree graduates of the HSSAP directly participate in policy-making on country’s domestic and foreign policy issues.

At the Higher school postgraduates are trained in accordance with broad and extensive curriculum, that gives them in-depth knowledge of political science, sociology, psychology, economics and geopolitics. The educational process at the Higher school is conducted with the implementation of innovative pedagogical methods and information and communication technology.

Special attention is devoted to the formation of skills on system approach to the issue, prognosing development of the situation and making a right decision, that is very crucial under the present-day conditions.

As the world experience shows, such experts have helped the leading countries make a big leap in the development of the state, minimizing potential and eliminating the present problematic issues.

Moreover, the Higher school is engaged in professional training for the employees of all ministries and agencies in the field of information and analytical activity.

Center of system researches of the Higher school makes fundamental and applied studies on the most topical issues nowadays at the Higher school. This Center generates scientifically-based conclusions and recommendations, organizes and participates in scientific conferences, workshops and seminars.
