Magistracy is the second stage of a two-level system of education, where listeners study for two years. In the magistracy of the Higher School, educational programmes provide for deeper mastering of theory and practical preparation of the listener for research or professional activities.

The master’s degree programmes are led by top-level teachers. From the second year of education scientific supervisors from among the experienced teachers are attached to each undergraduate.

A listener chooses certain field of scientific research, conducts research on it, and upon completion of the theoretical part of education, defends a qualification work – a master’s thesis. Also, in the process of learning, the undergraduate acquires pedagogical competencies and practical skills in preparing complex analytical documents.
