The Higher school of strategic analysis and prognosis is under the direction of the director with two deputies. They are the deputy for scientific and academic work and the deputy for human resources.

At the HSSAP there is academic personnel specializing on the matter of geopolitics, political science, sociology, economics, psychology, international law and security, information and communication technologies, foreign languages and methodology of system analysis and prognosis. The academic personnel are formed by highly professional teachers mainly with the academic degree.

The Center of system researches (CSR) carries out the study of urgent, vital and topical issues faced by the country and society. Moreover, the Center provides practical assistance to undergraduates in preparing of information and analytical documents.

There is an editorial and publishing group in the structure of the Higher school. The group publishes monographs, scientific articles, analytical surveys, aids for educational process, and newspaper called “Davr talabi”

This direction is engaged in organizing and maintaining of scientific research, improves the quality of research, encourages the strengthening and development of science at the Higher school.

For 20-year existence the HSSAP could collect rich library fund, that plays an important role in training highly qualified specialists. It is the place where every undergraduate can find the answers to the questions of his interest. There are video library and archive of dissertation works, which serve as a real support in preparation of analytical reports and papers.
